BET NOW - Watch Shows App Reviews

I was trying to watch one of my shows but the app only showed clips. When I went on safari I was able to view the episodes off the website. The app needs work

So I download the MOBILE APP , to watch FULL EPISODES (Chasing Destiny) as BET promotes and the full episodes ARE LOCKED! The entire purpose of downloading the app was to watch full episodes since I am in college and no cable is provided in dorm rooms. However, you CANNOT WATCH full episodes without logging in with a cable provider. This is very stupid because anyone with cable would simply watch it on TV instead of a MOBILE APP!!!!! ALSOOO DOESNT HAVE ALL CABLE PROVIDERS so even with cable youre out of luck.

This app needs 100% work, it freezes wayyy too much, if I pause it and go back it just closes me out and even if I try entering back in, it closes me out a few more times. I have to delete the app and continue to re-download it multiple times jus to get through one episode of a show that I am watching and it is very unsatisfying. Please fix it I have no problems with any of my other tv apps such as, oxygen, mtv, or vh1 so why this one?

have a cable subscription but need to use the app on my laptop... why create an app that you cant use on a computer?

So I was hoping to watch clips of the BET Awards 2016 since I dont have cable at home. Downloaded the app, clicked on the video I wanted to watch, and realized there were no settings/options available for me to include closed-captioning to enjoy. UNFAIR, UNACCESSIBLE, & UNACCEPTABLE. Can do better if the features are added.

This app need some work and also needs casting ability. Who wants to watch tv on your phone

I want to preface this by saying I NEVER leave reviews but thats how strongly I feel.. the ONLY reason I got this app is because it was the only place available to me to watch the full BET Awards 2016 and it couldnt even do that! Do better BET shame on you!

Its always something wrong with this app! Even if you have the cable provider or not!!! Fixed it geez!!!

Why is this even on the app store when it doesnt even feature Canadian providers you need to signing to a provider cable provider to watch shows but no Canadian cable providers are available

App needs you to connect to your internet service provider and no Canadian providers are listed. Hopefully upgrades will be made.

Does not work for Canadians. So stupid.

The app does not work! Waste of time and space Does not play any video, it will load and then kick u out of the app. Apparently doesnt work for Canadians ... Very disappointed

The app really needs the chromecast extension. Badly.

I find myself frustrated every time i miss an episode and have to catch it on the app. It crashes on its own or just does not play the episode at all. Why cant you guys put the shows on hulu?
