BET NOW - Watch Shows App Reviews

Please update app immediately! Every time I watch a show and the commercials finish, the show doesnt play again. The app crashes so many times, I give up on watching my show.

Way too many glitches... Its bad enough we have to download an app just to watch full episodes.

This app is horrible. It glitches so much. I cant even watch Being Mary Jane because you cannot watch it on a computer anymore.

Only reason I downloaded the app was to watch Mary Jane. Too many crashes and commercials. Removed app after an hour

Watching shows after they have aired live works fine, but the watch live component is terrible. There has been no sound since the app updated which has been at least over a month. Fix it and it would be better.

I never write reviews, I dont YELP (okay sometimes I do), but I had to sign on and join the crowd on this one. BET, its absolutely the worst app ever! Its slow, it locks, the lay out is dark and gloomy, even with the fuchsia, its dark and gloomy. Mary Jane, I love you, but Im movin on, girl. This app, is Jack! One star is way too high. I tried to give zero stars, but its not worth that either! BET do you even read your reviews. FIX it!!!

The app glitches too much cant even watch an episode without it shutting down by its self. Sometimes I can hear it playing but see no picture. Come on now BET do better.. This really deserves 0 stars.

This piece-of-crap app! Downloaded it to my iPhone 6. Show does not start after non-starting commercials. Then the screen automatically reverts back to the list of shows as though I never selected one to watch. Ugh. So, BET prompts you to download the non-working-useless-junk app in order to catch up on shows then you download and get nothing! What a waste. Come on, it is about to be 2016 and we are still dealing with these types of glitches?! Really?!

This is the worse experience Ive ever had with an app! Doesnt deserve any stars!

I have been trying UNSUCCESSFULLY for several days to watch full episodes of Being Mary Jane (which is an awesome show by the way). I am frustrated because watching episodes on the app is EXTREMELY buggy. You get the same ads played excessively and after watching the same ads for the thousandth time the app then freezes during episode playback. The platform looks good but your IT programmers need help fixing the bugs.

The app is always crashing. Cant watch anything. Horrible

If I could give no stars I would. This app doesnt even deserve a half a star. This app used to be really good but not its garbage. The episode dont play anymore. All you get is a black screen that says close at the top. How is your slogan "Nobody got you like we got you." That slogan is so accurate. Nobody got me like you got me BET cuz you dont have me at all. Im deleting this app. How many one star reviews does it take for you to actually sit down and fix the app?

The app malfunctions more than it actually works. It kind of feels like Im gambling every time I attempt to watch a show through this app. BET had the audacity to eliminate the ability to watch shows through there website on a computer, to which they direct you to watch shows on an app that doesnt even work. Although the app is free, I wouldnt even waste or take up any space on my device if I were you. By the grace, the creators of this app will fix all of the glitches.

This app is terrible. Spent more time watching ads than shows. Freezes. Cuts off, etc. horrible horrible horrible.

No wonder the app is so bad. They havent updated it since April 2015! They should hire IT professionals who have a bachelors and not their 2-year certificate. The commercial breaks are arent spaced far enough. They are so close together that after 3 mins of the show, the app forgets where it has left off & plays back another ad. I cannot get it to speed ahead. Horrible program.

This app is GARBAGE! The only thing I can get to work is the live tv option.

I have yet to watch a full episode of Being Mary Jane. Due to the freezing 1/2 into a episode. They sure dont have a problem when it comes to the Camry commercials they play without interruption.

I love BET as much as the next person, so naturally, I downloaded the app. It is terrible! Too many glitches! Yall need to fix these bugs or youll have more people like: those who download then delete you app.
